A graduate from Robert Morris University and DePaul University and a realtor and broker at James
Realty by profession, I have lived in the Chicago City area for my entire life and love calling the city
home. It was only after spending some time at home to take care of my sons that I rediscovered my love
for the real estate industry and decided to make my way into real estate full-time.
I started my professional career as an Administrative Assistant in Fortune 500 companies where I was
not only responsible for keeping services and processes in check, but also acted as an event planner.
Additionally, I professionally maintained and managed reports and spreadsheets regarding quality
measures and participant transactions – something that was extremely important for streamlining
processes in the company.
While working as an Administrative Assistant at Hewitt Associates, I also became a licensed mortgage
broker in the state of Illinois and started working as a mortgage broker. My responsibilities here
included evaluation and authorization of real estate and credit loans, along with offering advice on
methods of payment and financial status. This is also the time when I realized how much I enjoyed
communicating and collaborating with people to help them find their dream house.
Having been actively involved in the real estate industry not only as a mortgage broker, but also as a
realtor, I see the potential in homes and understand renovation costs. Having helped countless people
make informed decisions when it comes to real estate, I am a good listener who believes that clients
need someone who will be able to understand them and view things from their perspective.
Fluent in Spanish and passionate about volunteering, empathy is one of the many qualities that have
helped me deliver unparalleled services and grow to reach the status in the world of real estate that I
enjoy today. Loyal and committed, I understand how difficult buying a new house can be which is why I
am always on a mission to make the entire process as uncomplicated, convenient, and enjoyable for my
clients as possible.
A teacher of religious education in my free time, I also knit and crochet for a shawl ministry and am
currently acting as the Treasurer for my chapter at the Infant Welfare Society in my hometown. When I
am not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, including my sons who are now
graduates of the same university as myself.
